Everyone will focus on the “some things” part of this question. The part you should focus on is the “do” part.
It’s just another variant of that question that’s being answered ad absurdum on the internet:
What are the habits of successful people?
The truth is not as convenient as a 7-point list, not as inspiring as a set of bold claims and not as actionable as a call to action to download an app.
The habits of successful people are any habits – as long as they get them to do.
Over the last 7 days I have:
- Curated articles for a startup
- Written a personal article for my blog
- Answered questions on here every day
- Published a new book summary
- Recorded 100 audio versions of my previous book summaries
- Expanded my stock portfolio by 10% with new stocks
- Answered 200 emails
- Simplified the tech setup of my email newsletter
- Republished several of my articles
- Talked to my Mastermind group about my Q2 and Q3 strategy for this year.
- Come up with a new idea for an app and instantly hit go on the project with two friends.
…and, and, and…I could go on and on. Good luck finding a pattern in that.
“Some things” is different for everyone. What stays the same is “do.”
Now go do some things.
